I’ve been on Accutane for like 10 months now.
Because I didn’t have much acne to start with, I decided to do a very small microdose (what celebrities do).
It works very effectively for acne, and it gives you all the other benefits of Accutane, like the glow and a smaller nose.. i do 5mg daily

This is for those who want to stay lean and not be constantly starving
.
On average, I walk 10k steps a day, which burns between 300 and 500 calories depending on your body weight. This is a lot for people who eat at maintenance.

Ashwagandha - most people say it’s cope, but it’s cheap and very worth it for sleep. You fall asleep fast as fuck and you’ll sleep like a baby every night, guaranteed. Don’t take it in the morning tho, either in the afternoon or at night.
Omega 3(fishoils) - lowers blood pressure, reducing chronic inflammation, and supporting brain, eye, and joint function, Also, it’s very good for battling the Accutane side effects.
VITAMIN D3+K2 CALCIUM - this is probably cope if you're done growing but its like 7 euros so i'll take it just in case, basically they work together to build bone mass, improve bone mineral density

shave everyday - If you don’t struggle with irritation or ingrown hairs, you can do this to keep a clean and young appearance. If you do, I suggest you shave every other day, but use shaving cream, ideally high-quality, and shave with the grain, not against it. Post-shave, make sure to use aftershave balm. Also, don’t forget to shave the neckbeard unless you want to look like a retard
.
Trim your eyebrows - don't go too hard or you'll look gay, aim for straight and slightly positively tilted eyebrows, if you still don't know what that mean just go for a sean o'pry look.

Skincare is very simple.
Don’t fall for the bullshit online. You only need an exfoliator, ideally a high-quality gentle cleanser.
This is what I use.

works very well and wont cause any acne breakouts.
also it help if you have a silicone exfoliating tool
after the cleanser wash your face and dry it with a clean dry towel, and move on to the next step
Moisturizer - keeps your skin hidrated, simple, i recommend this one

now over the moisturizer i apply a sunscreen, this a very important step for accutanecels. Never miss sunscreen, make it sure it has PA++++ to protect against UVA rays, this is the one i use very simple spf 50,
anything over 50 is kinda cope ngl it may be 1% better at most.
I’ve used whitening strips many times, and they worked every time. Don’t let anyone tell you it’s bad for you either. It literally uses the same chemicals to whiten your teeth. Anyway, here’s what I use:
Whitening Strips
It’s cheap as fuck, works fast, just do it.

Diet - diet is very simple, just eat whole foods theory bro
but seriosly i just eat Meat, Fruit, Eggs, dairy, and some vegetables.
i eat around 2450 cals a day to stay lean, if you want to know whats your maintenance just use this calorie calculator
avoid gluten tho thats very important, it causes bloating, inflamation and the macros are not that good tbh

NOW FOR MY ASCENTION PLAN
I accumulate a lot of fat in my face, so I plan on doing a couple of sessions of Lipo Vela V until I’m satisfied with the result. I’m going to inject it into my cheeks and under my chin/neck.

I have pretty good eyebrows/lashes. They’re pretty full, but Chace Crawford exists, so I can’t be behind.
I’m going to use minoxidil on my eyebrows daily + stamping once a week.
For my eyelashes, I’m going to use a multi-peptide serum.
You can use this on your brows too, but it’s expensive as fuck, so I’ll opt to just use minox on my brows.

I wanted to try something to increase collagen. I heard it helps a lot with skin texture, but I haven’t really researched much about it, so if you’ve tried it, tell me if it helps.
I think the biggest change was my skin. It was acne-ridden, hella inflamed, and dry as fuck. Now it’s pretty clean and uniform.
REP ME RETARDS I SPENT ALOT OF TIME WRITING THIS
