my nose gets big on some days

idk why but on some days my nose gets bigger than it usually is even tho i have a slim nose. Can somebody explain me, why this is happening?

measure it or base it off pictures,your nose can not possibly get thicker you are looking in different mirrors or going crazy if thats what you think
