Unless this is just because you're sick right now, then go to an ENT specialist and get a CT scan done to check if you have a deviated septum (I've done that), and then also check if you have turbinate hypertrophy or allergic reactions to anything that would cause them to swell. I've undergone a radiofrequency turbinate reduction surgery and it was lifechanging. Until then, the only actual solution would be something like Xylometazoline, but careful you could get rhinitis medicamentosa from it. Good luck.

Bro a few breaths of air through your mouth isnt gonna instantly make you recessed. But if its really that bad you can poke a hole a few inches below your adams apple and breathe through that with a little tube
