The downturned portion of my nose kills my facial harmony

The "droop" artificially extends my midface and cleaves height off my lower third

Upper third- 0.33
Middle third- 0.38
Lower third- 0.28

A long midface and a short lower third (nonexistent philtrum)

Now when I level off my nose at the base and remove the extra measurement from the droop

Level it off with the nasal base

Upper third: 0.32
Middle third- 0.33
Lower third 0.33

I WOULD HAVE NORMAL FUCKING FACIAL PROPORTIONS IF MY NOSE WASNT SO FUCKED.
