Morning

  1. The Ordinary cleanser *light cleanse*
  2. The Ordinary Niachinmide serum 10% + 1% Zinc
  3. The ordinary moisturizer
  4. EltaMD SPF 46 tinted Mineral sunscreen *PA+++ equivalent*
  5. The Ordinary lash and eyebrow serum (curl eyelashes)
  6. Vaseline tinted lip balm.
  7. Microdosed Accutane, 40 mg 2 times a week ,


Night

  1. The Ordinary cleanser
  2. The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 toner
  3. The Ordinary moisturizer
  4. The Ordinary lash and eyebrow serum
  5. Aquaphor lip balm


Misc.

. Tazarotene 1-2 times a week for anti-aging and other benefits

. Sauna 2-3 times a week

Red light therapy 2-3 times a week

. Isle of Parisise self-tanning drops once a week at night


This routine is what is most optimal for me
covers all bases, which are Anti-Aging, Skin frauding,

Acne control, Acne scar recovery, and overall skin health


 
what is your age (or age range)?
 
half life of accutane is 21 hours split ur dosage up for more stable levels

Than i agree with your protocol.
Protection is key, at that age range. For building a good base, against the age pill.

Later on (late 20's) it's probably time to add more stuff to the mix

Yeah, that's the goal right now to prevent as much aging as possible. In the next few years, I’m going to be getting Acne scar treatments like Microneedling, C02 fractional laser.

possibly Botox to prevent future wrinkles.

The later adding part, I am just curious,I am 17 and I am doing everything I can to look 20 at 30. I always put spf, I sleep good don’t smoke don’t drink and I use tazarene + a good skincare

Really?! Thx I put a lot of effort and I am always disciplined. But I don’t know how much of anti-aging is genetic though
I thinking in general, mostly lifestyle and effort and protection and not doing damaging things
