its my first post please help me
im really wondering if orthodonthics can still improve me at this age.i got crowded teeth,asymmetry,narrow pallate,recessed mandible,recessed maxilla,overbite,recessed infras and gummy smile.(these are not approved by a ortho btw as its been 2 years since i went to an ortho)btw i also got acne so im using isotretinoin 20mg (3rd week rn)im planning on getting a mse+headgear for my infras,pallate and maxilla overall i believe that it can change those.For my overbite will go to my citys best ortho known for changing people that other orthos said must be done with surgery.i will put some photos of his patients under this post.For my overbite i was thinking about herbst but i saw something that is directly being put to the bone itself.i cant find the thread rn so i dont know the name of this appliaence.if i can get this it would be better for me ig because i hve read something about herbst that it recesses your maxilla bcz of fckn basic physics.if i cant get this one(i probably cant i asked gpt and it said that this appliance is applied on kids at 11-14 )i will be using my tads that has been used on mse with elastics to fix my gummy smile.and lastly for my crowded teeth im thinking about damon braces.can someone help me if this can ascend me?im feeling disgusted when i look into a mirror.my friends always fucking make fun of my acne.after accutane treatment i will use ghk cu (ill be preparing money while treatment is occuring)i would be really happy if someone could help me about these treatments.if theres some better solution. i cant get lefort because im 16.
