Id argue against it. All it is is tipping/angling the teeth outward its not actually putting pressure on the palate to expand it like an mse/marpe would. Its modern aesthetics-based orthodontic shit. Sacrificing maxilla development and airways for teeth aesthetics.

Its not over tho, if youre decently young (~13-15) and already paid for the invisalign, just go through with it and then dont wear retainers after. Let mewing naturally develop your maxilla and teeth after the alignment process.
