My orthopedic said i cant fix uneven shoulders

I have mild scoleosis and he said the only way to fix it is with surgery are there any theoretical ways or maybe even proven ways to fix it?

I also have mild scoliosis with uneven shoulders. Maybe you should try strengthening your back muscles to keep the spine from further misalignment because scoliosis will worsen with age.

Or maybe its just cope and the only way to fix it is with surgery
