i was also handsome has a child and puberty gave me : extremely shit skin texture + acne, and even when i don't have acne my skin texture is subhuman,got longer face (had a wide face until 12), longer and wider nose and i cant even have a normal smile idk why wtf like from profile when i smile it looks like this guy

and from the front it looks like shorts face syndoms patiens but paired with that shit nose tip i cant even smile in pictures or irl
when i talk or open mouth while running we can't see my teeth (???) so it looks fucking disgusting i see people watching my mouth when i talk to them
and im an early puberty, so stopped growing at around 15 (5'10) and dick, hands, feet stopped at nearly 13 jfl while all my friends just MASSIVELY improved their looks and height between 14 to 18, they got chin width, height, browridge projection and all that shit while i just got a shit version of myself when i was a child
