just ask your parents for braces treatment and make sure ur ortho will prescribe u with an expander, usually expander will go with braces treatment

yeah im also 15 i just asked for braces i was gonna ask for an expander but my ortho gave me one before i could even ask him since it came with the braces treatment

get damon braces or Invisalign

if your doing this because you have sleep and breathing problems, get a job and save for mse/marpe treatment wehn ur an adult

dental arch width wont matter as much as you think unless u legit have problems

Have a conversation with your ortho. I’m assuming you want this for aesthetics and not for functionality. I would do some more research on it.
