Decreased circulation won't be an issue if you incorporate pause sets which is of course a must (Not recommended to sleep with an extender). I try to 6 days a week, 2-4 hours a day. I've been decently consistent and have gotten 1 inch in 4.5 months! (The results I got with the vacuum method were nothing close to this. I started using the vacuum method early last year on and off)
