First of all, igf1-lr3 doesnt increase igf1 serum levels, it even hardly gets any effect on bone length/bonemass, has very long half life that will most probably grow your organs out instead of giving you 1 inch.
Igf1-des only works for localized injections in very specific sites, im currently using it on my chin, my chin is not recessed, but just not really the most widest, im using 3 different injection sites to inject in my periosteum (layer above the bone that gives nutrients)
Second, you are using fucking 250-300mg of test e, that will have almost no effects in your hair,acne,etc
If you already have acne you will still continue to have it.
Why would you even take aromasin with that such low amount of test? You are just gonna crash your estrogen
And im pretty sure you are REALLY young, so why would you use a dht blocker? Dht is more potent than testosterone, so crashing it will just make you a twink forever.

hgh is a long term game, blasting a lot in a short window just wont be beneficial, as you will most probably plateau
just do a good dosage for long time and it will work out
You can use vorino at a really small dosage, but it wont really do much as you think

I think 16 IU HGH, since I was willing to do 8IU HGH as blast previously, that would be a 2.67 x multiplier, so now with 6 IU as base, it would result in 16 IU HGH as blast

Just stick to this:

Testosterone, 250mg/week.
GH, 8IU and split the dosage to 3x a day.
Anavar, 25mg ed for 6 weeks on/off.
Exemestan, 12.5mg should be good enough at this test dosage.
Dutasteride, 2.5mg ed.

You don't need IGF-1 or you risk receptor downregulation, you can add insulin instead.

If your growth plates are open (check your knee GP's BTW), you can expect to get another additional few cm's out of this stack. Be realistic, I'm just speaking of 3-4cm MAXIMUM if your GP's are wide open.
