My personal experience with KPV for acne.

Ive been pinning 1mg of KPV daily with the hopes of getting rid of inflammatory acne and fixing gut health. I started seeing results about a week in, full results took effect in around a month. I barely get acne now, and when I do, it's usually a very small bump that generally goes away very quick.

Downsides: Not cost effective. Runs me around 90$ a month. I would recommend Accutane for acne over KPV, but if your looking for something with no side effects I would use KPV (unless ur brokecel)

Side effects: For me, I haven't noticed a single side effect. It doesn't even burn or itch when I pin.

In conclusion, if you want to get rid of acne I would honestly recommend Accutane. It's roughly 50$ for a full cycle compared to a monthly 90$ for KPV. The sides (for Accutane) are pretty bad, especially on your liver but just dnr bro. KPV works great, use what suits you.
