I know this forum doesn’t typically show kindness to issues like this. Usually, people tell you to put the fork down, or you’re a fat pig with no self-control, but here’s my take on it.

I've suffered from this issue for 5 years. A constant repetition of binge eating and restricting to the point of starvation. Every year I'd lose and gain 30-40 pounds.

The truth is that there's no solution WITHOUT PHARMACEUTICALS.

NO AMOUNT OF CAFFEINE OR LOW-CALORIE FOOD WILL SOLVE YOUR ISSUE.

Retatrutide has changed my life, and it's only been 11 days since I haven't had cravings, nor have I rushed home wanting to binge myself until I fall asleep.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND USE PHARMACEUTICALS.
THIS IS A MESSAGE FOR THOSE WHO ARE SCARED TO TAKE THE FIRST STEP.

I jus turn on myself lie down and listen to trance or reggae when i feel cravings. Trust it works but not as well as pharmaceuticals like this.

im that kind of human :feelswhy: but you cant use reta for more than 2 years, level up bro
There are more GLPs, but no other pharmaceutical test, tren, mast has changed my life as much as retatruitie. I'll use Tirzepatide further into the future.

He’s probably referring to it becoming less effective as your body becomes more accustomed to it.
sorry i edited my reply* i tought you can only use reta for a limited time only
You’re not entirely wrong; it becomes less effective over time.

Well, it’s known that appetite suppression isn’t at the same level as when you started, but it might be case-dependent in your case

A bit contradictory to your first post, but all I’m saying is it becomes less potent, not that it stops working completely.
for sure your 100th shot wouldnt hit as hard as the first one, but i dont think it would be so far off.
copy and paste "do you develop a tolerance to retatrutide" into your browser and see for yourself
Agreed.
chug so much water to the point where u get nauseous and then u wont even want to eat
Another cope. I've tried it all for 5 years.
Just smoke bro
Nicotine spikes igf-1 and test temporarily after smoking
And u lose appetite
I have 2 Geek Bars, 1 Elf Bar, and I’ve used both cigarettes and Zyn; they aren’t enough for people like me.

Going to start retatrutide myself in the very near future, what dosage you take? 2mg once per week? Do you build up with 1mg for a couple of weeks or is 2mg straight off the bat fine? :feelsmage:

this is true I’ve been on it for a month and it’s so much easier than cutting naturally it’s hard for me to even eat 1500 calories on 1mg
