My plan on losing body fat

So I’m trying to get to 8% body fat and i just got done with a bulk, also plz never bulk that shit is trash, so now my new diet looks like this,

Breakfast:
Skip

Lunch:
a smoothie king 45g protein smoothie, 2 eggs, and 2 oranges.

Dinner:
42g protein milk and a plate of chicken.

I’m 5’10 and I I’m trying to eat mainly protein, but would this be bad since I’m mainly getting protein not from meat? Bad idea for body fat loss or not? Thanks guys.

Go to yt and lookup cutting vlogs, eat breakfast, eat atleast 150g per day spread over atleast 4 meals. Add shredded lettuce to everything. Eat eggs.

U wont reach 8%bf first time. Set realistic goal like 14%

you cant eat these with no problem dude. 3 slices only man. just drink 2 bottles of water afterwards

eat more meat ur gonna lose muscle or cuck ur height.

You can eat as muchc meat as you want just no carbs and youll lose fat

Yea fat not muscle

There have been people who eat 500 cal surplus meat only and lost fat.

500 calor deficit is the optimum slow and steady boyo
 
this diet is fine, decent amount of protein but you need to supplement vitamins or youll feel like absolute shit
