So I’m trying to get to 8% body fat and i just got done with a bulk, also plz never bulk that shit is trash, so now my new diet looks like this,
Breakfast:
Skip
Lunch:
a smoothie king 45g protein smoothie, 2 eggs, and 2 oranges.
Dinner:
42g protein milk and a plate of chicken.
I’m 5’10 and I I’m trying to eat mainly protein, but would this be bad since I’m mainly getting protein not from meat? Bad idea for body fat loss or not? Thanks guys.
