Im currently taking 2mg reta and its working wonders, im also doing 10-15k steps. I've come to realize that this is fucking buns, im gonna order more reta in a week or so, im also gonna do a minimum of 15k steps a day, 1 hour stairmaster a day, eat healthy like im already doing thanks to reta, gym 5-6x a week. Does this sound like a good and solid plan? The steps will be easy to get in while going to the gym, walking in school etc, and i will have time to workout in the evening. Everything is as planned out and im gonna ascend soon, mark my words!
