To Start This Off...
So before I even put any current pics of myself, ive already done a lot to improve my looks already.
I started off my journey as a LLTN... Right now, I would personally rate myself as a solid MTN, maybe on a good
day HMTN if im lucky. But here are some pictures from before:

This one below I feel is my best due to MT1 along with gymmaxxing so take
with a grain of salt:
My first surgery, leading to reconstructive rhino and others.
Okay so long story short. I got into a retarded ass fight with this fat ass guy, we fought for like 4 minutes before
he finally landed his first decent shot on me which broke my nose and resulted in a bilateral nasal fracture along with a deviated septum.
I went to my local ENT and had a closed nasal reduction, this ultimately resulted in a failure as my septum shifted back
into a deviated position. Nose tape pic below:
So I went back to my surgeon and now I have a scheduled reconstructive rhinoplasty for late August. I was talking to my
surgeon about adding cosmetic aspects along with the reconstruction and he confirmed that he would be willing to go forward with it.
The main thing im focused on is the straightness of course, like I had before the fight but also the width and bulbous tip im cursed with.
I also asked about a buccal fat removal procedure, aswell as a commissuroplasty. During my consolation he did confirm that he can perform all of these, just not at the same time, he said he didn't want to risk the buccal removal due to the trauma my nose has to go through or something like that during the rhino, which sucks because I could avoid alot of fees combing both procedures into one surgery. He did tell me that the commissuroplasty is a simple in office procedure he can perform in less than 90 minutes. This is a W so I don't have to pay for even more operating rooms fees and shit.
Orthodontics.
So I haven't been to an ortho yet but my palate is very visibly narrow, which is also reflected in my mid-face including my zygos
and overall maxillary width. I also have a pretty moderate overbite but I don't know if it's severe enough for BSSO or a similar surgery.
Palate Pics:
Im assuming I could get approved for MARPE relatively easy due to the overall narrowness but that shit is gonna be hella expense out of pocket
Extras.
As presented in my pics. I struggle with pretty low dimo. The only time it was decent was when I was in the gym but it wasn't even where I wanted it to be then. Im not that knowlagable with stacks or pharmaceuticals but I do want to hop on some from of test. If anyone has any info for me about it or recommendations please lmk aswell as reputable sources.
Overall with all of this, what PSL do you think I could reach, and would all of this even help that much or am I hard capped MTN
