- not starting training swimming when I was a kid
- not taking up martial arts classes early enough
- not learning italian or french
- waiting till i finished the first 2 years of law school to start writing a general theory of law, instead of beginning to draft it right after graduating from HS
- spending more than 3 hours per week browsing the internet since i was a kid (referring to watching youtube videos, listening to music, watching movies for like 5-6 hours per day way too many times)

that's it, at first thought

+1. wouldn't have come to that if i did what i mentioned in the op

your first line is gigantic cope, though. everyone eats pizzas, sandwiches and candies when they are kids. if your genes can't overcome that, you'd end up as a subhuman anyway. it's not that the average, or virtually any kid, is on gymcel tier nutritional plan from the age of 5

Started smoking weed at 12 years old, my brothers fault so I don't regret that

I regret continuing though :feelsohgod:

Iq is lower, memory destroyed.

I've got nothing but distant memories that pop up once in a while, a consistent story of my life is gone, the past is not even a memory, it's a distant tale.

just being aware of this means your situation is better than you portray it, which is a high iq trait anyway.

but yeah, i feel really bad for people preaching about how weed is harmless and actually makes you wiser. every guy like that i knew while growing up ended up as a retard who can't even string a coherent sentence together

same here, and it sucks cause my parents took me to swimming lessons but i was resisting it like a retard

apart from physical activity, being stuck up and dismissive of my peers in MS/HS was extremely cringe and unproductive, worst attitude ever (they were completely chill, looking back)

legit. had those phases too.

regarding swimming, i was never taken to lessons, but now i realize it's the best sport if you want to develop insane stamina and wide shoulders. i did play football, futsal and basketball for thousands of hours between the ages of 8 and 23 or so, but swimming is insanely good for your body and health

I regret not leaving when I was 18 and never contacting anyone in my family ever again.

That's my only real regret

No point in feeling regret. The past is gone. Learn from it, and live. That's all you can do.

In fact, our individual experiences, our losses; they're what make us stronger. They make us. When it's all said and done, we'll be grateful for everything.

i agree, something just reminded me of one thing in my op, so i posted this thread. not that i'm really obsessing over that, it's just stupid.

How do I cure
Find the root cause. Could be mental-health-related, could be because of a physical condition, medication side effects--just gotta problem solve.

Drugs
Being sensitive and kinda clingy
Being spineless cuck who got drifted into people's pleasures to fulfill their satisfaction

I quit all of the 3, especially drugs. Fuck that shit.
