This is my 2nd day on reta and it’s interesting how it has affected me so far, my first pin was 0.5mg on the 5th of jan. right before I went to sleep, I had a weird feeling in my stomach/gut area when I woke up (it was not discomforting it was as if I knew I was hungry but I didn’t feel the need/urge to eat).

I still ate very well but my reflux acted up at night (not special tbh I went to an all you can it for the last time).

Today I started my day with a small hotdog with nothing else and I didn’t really have any hunger until around 18:00, then I stopped at a MC’s as I was on my way home, thought I’d get a nice price menu to fill me up a little, but it saturated me fully.

I do not know if I am a hyper responder or it’s just a strong placebo since I have heard people say their appetite did not get suppressed until the 2nd week. I have not suffered any side effects yet but I guess that’s a given hence my low starting dose.

I’m happy to continue writing about my journey as I progress.

wouldnt reta just kill your gym gains since you cannot take your proper daily protein intake and carbs?

You are young man... its as simple as controling yourself and have some discipline...

I will try to eat much quark, tuna, eggs and I’ll order some protein powder when I get my money.

Some people are saying that muscle is not really lost on reta but I guess that depends on the person, I am not willing to risk that and will try to work out 3 times a week.

I wish I could control myself but the urges and cravings are way above my control😔

I will try to fix my diet while on reta to more healthy foods and I hope it will stay that way when I am off reta aswell

I just don´t get this love in the community for this drugs for weight lose

I mean if you are not mentally strong enough to do it yourself is okay but is also sad idk
In my times it was all about looking motivational edits and going to the gym 5 times a week, now everything is biohacking every problem.

I‘ve tried the Motivation thing a lot, it‘s just not for me I guess, I won’t try to make any excuses because I know that if I wanted the change that much I would’ve done everything to keep my Motivation and to be consistent but I just can’t.

One bad day where the weights don’t lift the same and the motivation is gone.

I have had thoughts about taking reta for months and I did not see/find anything really concerning for me.

I am too lazy to lose my fat the natural way I have to be honest, and I am aware that reta is not going to do everything on it‘s own, but is more like an assistance Tool.

Wish you luck then, I have people close to me that uses tirzepatide.

I mean, in my opinion is better to biohack rather than doing nothing so I´ll support your decision: If you think reta is not your thing you can move to tirzepatide or ozempic instead.

Thank you, I will expand my knowledge on other weight loss drugs just in case🙏
