2 weeks post-op, nose skin is swollen so the results are yet to come (that would take between 1-2 years because of thick skin).

Not much I just asked for the strict minimum so there could be an improvement in all conservatism.
 
what did the surgeon do to fix your bulbous tip?
The techniques are very complexes for that. I think it just requires a lot of focus and skills.

I was truly concerned about how elevated the nostrils are but I've been told that it is normal due to swelling and they should get down by 2mm over time. Full results will take many months in my case due to having thick skin.
