Not much I just asked for the strict minimum so there could be an improvement in all conservatism.

The hump is still there but the surgeon employed a technique that just hides it without removing it completely so it can look as natural as possible.

I was truly concerned about how elevated the nostrils are but I've been told that it is normal due to swelling and they should get down by 2mm over time. Full results will take many months in my case due to having thick skin.
