my right masseter is less developed than left, but the right side of my face (cheek region) is bigger than the left side, why so?

I have the same issue and also questioned it. The side that i didn't chew on has a higher cheek bone/etc and i believe it's because the side that i chewed on, the jaw is set lower and this has somehow pushed everything downwards so my cheekbone/etc is lower than the side that i didn't chew on.

the smaller side, but I don't think that would work to expand your maxilla is would just grow your masseter

I have the same exact thing. Ortho said only surgery can fix it but the noticeable difference would be negligible. Would rather spend the money on implants or bimax tbh

true, only noticed it when I used the snapchat mirror filter. most likely unnoticeable in motion (might be cope)
