so shouldn't the masseter on that side be more developed?you chew more on the larger side smart fella
wdym by imbalancedimbalanced maxilla
shi mb i read that wrong but do you lean on one side moreso shouldn't the masseter on that side be more developed?
one side is wider which leads to asymmetrical growthwdym by imbalanced
yeah on the right side (bigger but low masseter development side)shi mb i read that wrong but do you lean on one side more
im not 100% sure blame genetics or maxillayeah on the right side (bigger but low masseter development side)
so ur saying constant pressure caused a downward shift in the chewing side?I have the same issue and also questioned it. The side that i didn't chew on has a higher cheek bone/etc and i believe it's because the side that i chewed on, the jaw is set lower and this has somehow pushed everything downwards so my cheekbone/etc is lower than the side that i didn't chew on.
seems plausible, which side should i chew on now?one side is wider which leads to asymmetrical growth

the smaller side, but I don't think that would work to expand your maxilla is would just grow your masseterseems plausible, which side should i chew on now?
its not your muscles its your bones budtitle
true, only noticed it when I used the snapchat mirror filter. most likely unnoticeable in motion (might be cope)I have the same exact thing. Ortho said only surgery can fix it but the noticeable difference would be negligible. Would rather spend the money on implants or bimax tbh
