Hello, before you start calling everything cope, I just want to ask: is what I’m doing actually cope, or do some of these things actually work? I’d like some honest feedback on what might be effective and what’s probably just wasted effort.
Here’s my current routine:
Supplements: Creatine, iron, Vitamin D3, zinc, and a d-bloat supplement.
Here’s my current routine:
- Chin tucks – I do these every day because I strongly believe they’re one of the best exercises for improving hyoid bone position. A lot of people say it’s cope, but I’m convinced it actually helps with neck posture and jawline definition.
- Neck curls – Added these for extra neck training and to support overall aesthetics.
- Gym 3x/week (PPL split) – Standard gym training.
- Rest days = Calisthenics at home – I do muscle-ups and handstand push-ups.
- Eyelash curling – I curl my eyelashes for the illusion of a better positive canthal tilt. Yeah, I know most of you will say it’s cope, but I think it gives a subtle improvement.
- Bonesmashing with a massage gun– I do this every second day. I’m not 100% sure if it has permanent effects, but I’m still researching it. At the very least, it gives a temporary pump.
- Teeth whitening strips – Using these regularly for a brighter smile.
- Under-eye bag treatment:
- Massage gun vibrations around the eyes
- Ice for ~2 minutes per eye
