IIII. DIET

Breakfast:
1 coffee, 2 bananas
Lunch: meat + potatoes + raw milk
Afternoon snack: 3 eggs + avocado, 1 coffee
Dinner: meat + potatoes + raw milk
Before bed: 2 bananas

IIIII. GYM
Gym 6 times a week:

  • Monday: chest + triceps
  • Tuesday: biceps + back
  • Wednesday: —
  • Thursday: chest + triceps
  • Friday: biceps + back
  • Saturday: legs
    Always finishing with 2 exercises for the frame.
