Bench - 405 lb
Lat raise dumbbell - 50 lbs for reps 8-10 reps
Shoulder press dumbbell - 100 pounds 5 reps
I can do around 20-30 pull-ups

I don’t squat or deadlift

5’8 173cm 89 kg 196 lb My case is weird since I was an athlete so I started working out when I was 13 but it was only until 15 when I started religiously lifting so 3ish years
