my school and ex found my looksmaxxing account on tiktok (OVER)

Today i was sick for school so i just rotted in bed all day.
i got messaged by one of my friends telling me to block everyone viewing my account or its over
This one girl im chill with dms me telling me how during 4th period, a group of people were surrounded around 1 person with their phone, viewing my tiktok account
this one girl who i rejected a year ago (thats another story) was flaming my whole page
This goated dude i knew was telling them "Yo he's actually strong asf and crazy for our age"
when the two girls were showing other guys in our class, the guys reaction was just basically like "yo thats crazy" and they walked back to their seats.
one of the two girls, told my ex that she was gonna send my account to her later
My ex (we broke up 6 months ago) Wanted nothing to do with me and would tell me to leave her alone n shit because she thought everything i did was to grab her attention, thats how self centered she is.
So im confused why my ex, and all these other girls that literally hate my ex aswell all come together and start viewing my account.
ive tried blocking as many of them viewing my account.
ive only blocked the girls tho because i kinda do find it cool when dudes recognize me from my very small following tiktok account irl.
