Youre only problems are jaw, upper eyelid exposure and bodyfat. Orthodontic work and calorie deficit. Dont worry about your hyoid being low since it really doesn't matter. Side profile doesn't matter at all. If you are worried about your nose, you can get rhinoplasty. Or if its too wide you can take low doses of Accutane to slim it but lowering bodyfat can slim it aswell. Its never over, lmtn.

Np man, we kinda got the same problems so it was easier. But calorie deficit and/or Accutane for the nose. Dont stress about your eyes since they arent like bulging out your skull too.
