My sister doesn't treat me equally

My elder sister manipulates and Gaslights me into believing her struggles were somehow greater than mine. Every time I opened up about my mental health,she called it a "cry for attention".
She's never truly listened-only compared.
Her pain versus mine.Her body versus mine.Her hair versus mine.

To her,I was never a younger sister.I was a rival.A threat,a nemesis.But the truth is
-out trauma shaped us differently.
Hers hardened her,made her bitter,made her narcissistic.Mine?It broke me and rebuilt me softer.Kinder.More empathetic .But that softness was never an invitation for cruelty.

Her trauma may explain some things -
but it will never excuse the way she treated me.Especially in moments when I was drowning and needed a lifeline.
Because support from a sister should come with love,not competition.
And I deserved better.I still do.

My best friend died at 18 and I occasionally have to listen to my brother talk about how our dad yelling at him is "trauma"

When i tell him about my dreams, he says

Only cares about himself
