use beeftallow or js search up a gut health guide

Do you have any good source also can i use tret with it

just search beef tallow balm on amazon, if youre in the usa vintage tradition is a good brand, if you buy a diff one make sure less ingredients as possible (ideally just tallow and olive oil) and ideally grass fed tallow. and you wont need tret if you look after your skin properly
