Protective inhibitions mogs. Blue light is too excitatory, darkness is too stress inducing. Red/near IR is ideal as it both relives stress but is also not too melatonin secreting and also quenches excitations in cells and tissue. Ill do 4 months of this then get laser to go back to olive skin tone (Cant be bothered not tanning), I will start tanning again after laser by putting cap on when I sun bask

I get full spectrum infrared. Its healthier thna isolated wavelengths and cheaper as well . Companies will say anything to make u spend 200 extra bucks
