My skin looks like. What should I use?

I’m only using a cleanser + moisturizer. Thinking of buying new products but I don’t really k ow what my skin type is and what exactly to use. Every video says something else… “acid bla bla” or that beef tallow

tretinoin, also add exfoliator to your stack.
