I'm planning on maybe marpe + bimax and malar implants (and rhino probably), thoughts? Ipd is wide and I believe wider zygoma would be improve esr, as well as rotate in a more aesthetic position. obviously my maxilla is too short as well, it looks to me that I will need a downgraft and advancement, but i have heard marpe also lengthens the vertical dimension, which could lead to smaller downgraft movements during bimax, which I imagine would be preferable for risk. smile appears small and recessed irl, so I think marpe would be mostly positive with the one negative of nose getting wider (already big) and maybe also throwing off the balance between maxilla and mandible size. Irl my masseters are pretty thick so bigonial only appears slightly smaller than bizygomatic.

Your scans look like the AFTER of a marpe case lol. Your zygos are already hella outwards rotated (look at the suture), they're just not super large if you look at them in isolation. So in your case if you want larger zygos marpe is not the way, implants is.

Your nasal apeture is already large, etc. No reason for marpe in this case, save ur money.

Yeah I’m not going to do it now but I don’t believe marpe increases ipd. Actually part of the reason I wanted it was to improve the appearance of my wide ipd (lateral expansion of zygoma/lateral orbital region) so my esr would improve
