My sleeping schedule is nuked

Yesterday, I went to bed at 11:20 AM and woke up at 8:30 PM.

Today, I went to bed at 12:15 PM and woke up at 9:00 PM.

If I don’t fix my sleeping schedule by the weekend, I’ll just take a benzo to get it fixed.

Way too relatable. My sleep schedule is all over the place and I always wake up multiple times during the sleep and it's hard to get back to sleep
