Hello this is my softmaxxing routine which i follow i would like to get opinions on what is good whats bad/cope and what i should add, just get opinions on it in general
Skincare
--> Morning
- Cleanser
- Moisturizer
- Hyaluronic acid
- Spf
--> Evening
- Cleanser
- Moisturizer
- Benzoyl Peroxide (5%) only on spots where i have occasional accne breakouts
- moisturize where i aplied the Benzoyl Peroxide
HM: Sunbathing if possible
Eyebrows/Hairline
- Derma rolling each eyebrow 5 mins a day + 5-10min on hairline
- Castor oil
- (Soon to arrive) topical minoxidil
Supplements (for health indic. + bio markers)
- Creatine
- Vitamin d3 + K2
- Astaxanthin
- Potassium
- Ashwaganda
- Omega 3
- Magnesium
- Lutein
- Zinc
Teeth
- Whitening toothpaste ( + pray )
- Maybe bleaching soon
- Tongue cleanser
- Brush teeth 3x times a day (3mins)
Gym
- Running Fb ( 3x a week split)
- Trying my best to manage fatigue (mostly through my fitness tracker)
- Sometimes to failure but also sometime 1-2 rir
- Running regulary as cardio
Diet
- Protein intake of about 2.25g of protein per kg
- Eating lots of meat and fruits
- Even tho im NOT a goatiscell, raw milk
- Keeping my fat intake in a healthy range
- Maingain
Hair
- Washing it three times a week
- Good quality shampoo + conditioner
