My stack to cut learning time in half to learn mma faster

I’m currently on Roids and have just started, and just ordered injectable lgd4033 but that’s a different topic. I did Muay Thai for about 1 year and then have been off for about 6 months but am planning to start again this summer. I’m also doing wrestling next year at my high school so this stack will apply to that too and I will be doing an additional 1 wrestling class a week over the summer.

Every day
•L tyrosine 2g
•caffeine 200mg

On days where I have Muay Thai or wrestling class
•Noopept 10 mg administered directly before class sublingually
•Bromantane nasal spray 18mg an hour before class
•L tyrosine 1g 30 min before class
•selank 200mcg 30 min before class
•200mg caffeine directly before class

I should have class 3-4 days a week so this shouldn’t be too frequent of administration and I may add in 5-10mg dihexa if anyone has a cheap source for this please lmk it’s pretty expensive, also looking into phenylpiracetam for non training days. Thoughts?

what does taking nootropics do in terms of learning wrestling moves? does it just help you better understand what the coach is showing?

It helps with memory recall and mind muscle connection also slows mental fatigue and increases motivation due to the increased dopamine
