Friday I usually let loose like most people and eat Poorly. Here is what I do to feel good and look good by the time Monday starts. (This is a basic ass list that I found works for me, don’t come here looking for anything new)
1. No more bad eating after Friday.
2. Do not stay up past 12 pm and get 8 hours of sleep to reduce bloating.
3. Drink lots of water.
4. Train abs. (My favorite muscle to hit. Tighter abs make the skin throughout your body tighter including your face. And abs require the most movement out of most weighting exercises that Arn’t cardio, which results in you sweating out excess water.)
5. Obviously potassium from supplements and coconut water and some* fruits in moderation.
6. Lymphatic drainage every morning including Monday morning. (Don’t knock it till you try it)
7. I like to shave on Sunday night before Monday to make my face appear more chiseled(only works if ur already lean enough obv)
