My summer ascending plan

3 months of free time during puberty,here is my plan to slay at new school at september:

-maximize hgh,vitamin d and test.for height and bones.i cant get my hands on hgh so I will just live healthy:feelswhy:
-training 3-4 times a week at home because gyms here are shitty
-swimmax every single day for an hour,for sick frame and height (cope maybe)
-go out 2-3 times a week max,and if I do I'll try for it to be playing football to be as active as possible
-moneymax by working at my dad's salon,gonna be earning more than adult because of taxes:lul:
-tan because why not i don't wanna be pale
-stay lean,while also consuming good amount of calories and protein

Do seringa at the end of the day and consume a lot of carbs post that. Also start the day with a lot of protein

Igf-1 and hgh are the main substances and source that boost bone growth and Basically are responsible for all of it. U raise ifg-1 by raising glicose but glicose and hgh are kinda of opposites(if one raises the other goes down) so u need to boost hgh before boosting glicose. And the best time to boost hgh is at the end of day, because its a growth hormone and you grow more at night while sleeping, but you still need to boost glicose so you do it right before dinner or if you wanna eat a lot of carbs really late you can sprint really late aswell but its more pratical to do it before dinner
