I have that in control, im a hybrid athlete and my chest push routine is very different and the 500 push ups is so easy i do it in 30 minutes
Wear some weights when doing it, easier to overload

You should be using this "locked in" opportunity to mentally build yourself and go all in on studying something that will make you money.

It should be 70% studying 30% self care / gym

From the looks of it your currently doing 100% self care and gym
