idk some guy told me to use it so we'll see

hydrocortisone thins the skin but increases cortisol at the same time and ashwagandha decreases cortisol

what the fuck is this holy shit.

D3 fine but only in winter tell me dosage ppl here get it way wrong. K2 in which form? Ideally get from thorne MK-4 or MK-7? Beta carotene do u smoke? If so don’t take it and don’t listen to the dosages here again. U will get vitamin A toxicity. Ashwa with hydrocortisone????? what???? Last one is good but s bit useless. Check if ur deficient in zinc vitamin d then supplement those creatine is good and turkesterone

ok don’t smoke u should be fine. I wouldn’t take beta carotene though, a study has shown it increases lung cancer risks in smokers by a lot, that’s the main study i could find so it’s not super researched. Beta carotene is another form of vitamin A, i remember enchanted elixir recommending 75,000 IU when you can search up what is the recommended dose and stick to that since that is wayy too high and very quickly u will become poisoned from vitamin A. Idk what hydrocortisone does other than skin thin i doubt that tho and ashwa is good

no need for d3 since summer is coming? beta carotine give you more a orange glow which you don´t want. why ashwa for hydrocort it´s not like it increases it significant maybe a locally a little bit but who gives a fuck

Creatine should be something you use your entire life no question.

cortisone can raise cortisole a bit and ashwa is known for reducing it

I’m normally pale but I recently started a landscaping business and am always in the sun so people have been asking if I got a fake tan. But in the winter i definitely want that tan look still so thank you.

I retain more water when taking it so your muscles look fuller and it doesn’t have insanely noticeable effects but it definitely helps with recovery.

u are onto something because the retinol to beta carotene ratio is 1:16 and half of the world doesnt event convert beta carotene at all in a meaningful way.
