all procedures will be performed after development is complete
in chronological order

lefort i
rhinoplasty
canthopexy + infraorbital fat graft
performed together concurrently

structural addons in order of priority (last)
supraorbital rim implant
chin implant
jaw angle implants

omfs for lefort
board-certified facial plastic surgeon for soft tissue
who does supraorbital augmentation?

on the fence about palate expanders, eyebrow transplant, and minor buccal fat removal
thoughts are welcome

anyone know who reputably does supra implants?
i'm unhappy with my supras and my brow ridge is weak, it kills the dimorphism of my eye area and doesn't cast shadows or give depth.
it seems like supraorbital rim implants are unconventional so that i've been advised against getting them but i need more affirmation and a full comprehensive understanding of the roi considering my situation.

i'd be grateful for any general advice or feedback and if anyone wants to share anything i don't know about

nobody reputably does supras
do you think it's within the realm of possibility for me to get them? and what do you think about the rest of my plan

just do upper eyelid fat grafting

so just periorbital fat grafting since we're accounting infras too

I don't know, I myself have been very interested in supras, I think supras + eyebrow transplant has some of the highest possible looks improvement from almost all surgeries

but there's very little people who do them, and nobody has good results
the most supras are undeniably done by RSM, and his results when it comes to supras are underwhelming, and he's also extremely difficult to work it overall

you could seek out some random surgeon to place it, but then the burden of the design would fall on you, or you + the designer (who does not have experience designing supras) - designing supras is perhaps the most difficult of all the implants

IMO the big issue is, that supras are a part of the entire forhead, and the forhead is a part of the overall skullshape
people with deepset eyes don't have deepset eyes because of a massive browridge, they are deepset simply because they are set deeper compare to the entire forhead, the entire upper half shape of the skull
so I don't think you can just "tack on" an implant for a significantly change the way you think, that would simply not harmonize with the rest of the bonestructure
You perhaps could do a very small one, simply to change the eyebrow shape, this could work out maybe

and lastly, with supras you get the same issue as you get with gonion implants - they have to detach the muscle in order to place the implant, but with the added issue that the eye area is the most expressive, so you're running a big risk of fucking up the way your muscles form expressions, which is a highway to just looking uncanny and bogged

I'm likely to just settle for an eyebrow transplant, to change the shape, as this will give me a lot of the benefit, for way less trouble

Fat grafting in a sense can kinda cover shit supras, especially if confronted with infras, but I'm not sure in my case if I need fat grafting or infras, my eye area is #1 shittiest thing imo.

You could consider some filler to the supraorbital region. Filler is obviously only temporary and to be used with caution in the face, but for the supraorbital it's basically a perfect spot. There is already a large amount of foundational bone mass (forehead), so the risk of a botch or sag is minimal. You should check out some supra filler results, looks great often times!

Eyebrow transplant, kinda sucks since they use your head from your hair it doesnt grow the same as your eyebrows. Meaning you are committing to trim your eyebrows for the rest of your life.

high risk high reward ahh surgeries

heard, can this lower eyebrow position and straighten? will the eyebrow shape look incongruent with the structural contour of my brow ridge?

lol yeah i'm an all or nothing type of guy, but actually a lot of the less invasive procedures aren't too risky

mm right

it all depends
lower - probably not, lowering is very difficult, because the lowest "area" the brow can occupy is determined by the supra
the only way I see to lower, would be to get a supra implant that would be lower-set than your natural supra, and then transplant the hair in order to extend the eyebrow lower
but I've never heard of someone even doing this, so who knows what the aesthetic outcome would be? it's probably a bad idea

the main thing here is the supra - is it "good enough" to support this? even if it is, obviously you can't change the brow too much, because like you said, it will be incongruent, and will look retarded

really no questions comments or concerns there that makes perfect sense, i guess i'll opt for a guaranteed eyebrow transplant and stay on the fence about the bone augmentation for a few years, maybe see how the technologies develop

cheers

I was planning to get supraorbital fat transfer for supras, I don't think implants will be as effective

implants will add projection and cast shadows over my eye sockets as well as straighten the brow contour with an eyebrow transplant, fat grafting in my supras won't help, i already have fat pads and no uee
