So basically my plan is to get an expansion using MASPE, never doing with marpe because I’m not low iq and I saw some clavicular video which got deleted about this topic and I saw a guy here saying marpe is trash which I never saw on this fucking forum @Denkaren thanks for talking about that, people are just desesperated and retarded, they don’t stop to think about shit.
So I was searching and found a ramieri result with trimax and implants and I loved it @TheLordMadness, I was thinking about it and almost fell for ramieri propaganda, but then I saw the denkaren debate against @lurking truecel , this was like seeing butcher against homelander, good discussion but I’m still searching about surgeons.
But my plan here is, get maspe with 20 years after trying gh maxxing and fghrh3 inhibition and other mechanisms, I’m 17 years atp and I don’t think my face can really change much, ofc I will try but I’m also planning all of this with 20 years and doing surgery after 21+, so I’m not an incel, I’m above average height in my country (6ft) and better face and I physique mog to death tho and slay some mtb on tinder and insta, so all I really need is to better my face and get a higher percentile in the scale.
My plan is to get trimax with ccw, probably 5 degrees as @Radiantmetal Said to me (the most experienced guy on this forum and the most educated one too), because of my good ramus ccw would help a lot, and ofc trimax because my chin is a little bit recessed, maxila not very recessed but still, my nose is almost upturned, and my mandible is good tho, but I still think trimax would be a solution.
Before doing the surgery I am doing expansion (MASPE) for one year, never doing extraction or shit. After all of that I plan to get zygo implants on the same surgery of trimax and ccw, I also want to know which implant designer is good because I saw a post here nigga talking about normie implants so I want yall opinion about that, because I’m just a normal nt nigger but I’m willing to do whatever it takes.
Ok after one year after surgery and if everything goes right and no need for revision I’m going to do structural rhinoplasty because my nose is a little bit big, not the bone itself but the cavity, with jaw implants. If that goes well I’m going to try that fat grafting shit with canthopexy, only if I become a mental ill retarded. @SteveRogers did it and got good results:

In the start I loved some Ramieri results and Gunson ones, loved Alfaro results on his website, but I saw people on Reddit and here calling him a butcher, and I almost fell for all of these surgeons propaganda and that’s normal because it’s all new to me and I’m young asf atp, so I want to create a solution here because I never saw a solution on this forum, only people discussing and etc, it’s not like in gym environment where people really help each other.

Burak is much better than Ramieri and Pagnoni
I've researched extensively Burak's work and he is an absolute pioneer of a surgeon. He does orbital box osteotomies on his own (without the need of Giant, as opposed to what he says), and unlike Giant he POSTS BEFORE AND AFTERS, and they are fucking incredible. I saw a guy with eyes...
