My surgery plan, need help

I need help to be sure I have the right plan, if any of you with high iq to detect the right surgery that I should do, I would greatly appreciate it

I noticed that with a hood on my head the part of my gonial angle is hidden, it makes my jaw sharper :

My plan is too take design implant from @RealSurgerymax and find an french surgeon for put this on my jaw
