My testosterone changes D3

tonkgat ali, never even heard of that. what does it do?
heard some user here took it and it doubled his t from 640 to sum like 1300 not sure if he was bullshitting but alot of natives used to use it to boost sex drive and mental state

zinc is a bad supplement

you want to avoid as many supps as possible as they contain heavy metals and cheap shit.

so ashwaganda is good, dont know about tonkgat ali, never even heard of that. what does it do?

boron is i think also not needed, as its in a lot of foods already. it kinda all depends though as when you have improper ratios you can fuck up some other mineral in your body

also take magnesium, most people need that as well (its the most used mineral in ur body)
yeah I take mag, pot, ash, and d3 i have tongkat ali aswell but im not sure how to take it properly I have to research it tbh

it seems that the test boosting capabilites are only small

but all things help though

ashwaganda is the best test boosting supp their is, if you have your diet on point already of course

true but being fat is the ultimate T minner there is so im working hard to burn off as much fat as i can im down like 22 pounds now in a month and a half

I started: 15k vit d couple weeks ago,
+ cabergoline, Finasteride (increase total T but obviously mainly increases shbg)
And stopped accutane January 2,only shit thing is I don't have MT2 or Sun in like 2 months

But look forward to getting my levels tested soon,

I was 570 pre MT2 and sun,then 770,my goal is 1000ng/dl.

Before I show my results and what I did I have to say that there is a margin of error which is possible because I took dutasteride one week prior to the exam(it raises t). With that being said

According to this study people that took dutasteride for one year 1 tablet (0.5)daily boosted their testosterone by 16%

If we assume the worst case scenario which is probably not realistic. The dutasteride taken once a week earlier should boost my t levels let's say by 20%(that's more than participants that took it for a year daily btw but just for the sake of argument).(they had a 16% increase in testosterone, taken daily while I'm assuming I got 20% increase in testosterone while taken once a week and 2 weeks before that while they took it for a whole year) Which is 20% of 484=96.8

I'm planning to getting my D levels around 100-120 or so and then maintain my levels at that range hopefully reaching T levels of 900 at that stage. Then I will ashwaganda max+ tongkat ali to reach close to 2k levels as a full natty.

Before you say cope here is the proof of a guy got his t levels from 300 to 1500 :





Last point I want to mention is that I haven't lifted anything in over a year now. I just rot in my bed all day. If my lifestyle was active and good I would expect it to go up higher.

But its just not enough for me, im that big of an perfectionist, and want to be in controll how much T is going through my vains.
Everyone should supplement Vit D, since most people dont get it to the degree that is wanted in the first place. Even in the summer, most people wear too much clothes, and still dont go outside as much as they should, also the work environment forces you to live a passive lifestyle in terms of: movement and fitness.

In order to get enough Vit D, that your body needs, you need to spend 6hrs without a tshirt under the sun, which just most people dont do.

Something you should also consider when trying to boost ur T is;
fitness,
a healthy diet, if overweight leaning down to 12%,
esp working your glutes out,
stop watching porn (not sure if thats a myth, but back in the day everyone talked about nofap boosting T levels),
zinc and magnessium

I take daily, vitamin C, tribuls terrestris, shatavari powder, shilajit powder, ginseng root plus salad and proteins, keto yogurt for gut bacteria

My skin, hair, definitely improved. My libido got a bit better. Browridge got a bit bigger also

I suspect it dropped from 600-800 ish to 400 because of rotting. My skin became extremely pale looking after 2 years of rotting. Like I was a corpse. Post t levels with blood work otherwise you can't talk shit👍

Wasnt even shittalking, i have bloodwork taken when rotting and pale skin like u but also obese, ate before the test, and sleep deprived and got 607ngdl. Idk where the bloodwork papers are and id have to dig for pics in discord dms. I was expressing pity bro, its nothing of malintent, you dont deserve what happened to you.

Taking a little every once in a while but not that consistent anymore. But I have proven it works.

It strengthens bones, good for immune system, and increases t. There might be more benefits that I forgot. Only if you have levels above 100-150+ will it start becoming dangerous and toxic otherwise it's safe

Either is fine. I used the tablets. It's fat soluble so eat it after a meal which has fat in it for maximum absorption. Best way to make bones grow is constant tension on the bones over a long time with good diet and hormones. For example farmers have big hands and fingers etc(because of years of stimulation).


Although growing bones takes longer than muscle and for many isn't noticable

I know brother but its just good in puberty till you reach 21 - 23 since till then you make good amount of GH

but getting bigger bones after puberty is really hard even with hard work, i think can be achieved with acromegaly HGH iu only

anyways gonna lift heavy weights in some days too busy lately

Try doing handstands daily as long as you can. If you're still in puberty it might grow your wrists. If you don't have the balance but you have the strength then do it next to a wall just for stability. I can hold for a couple minutes but can't do it without wall because I have weak balance and will just fall
 
Vit D is legit, never taken but my sex drive actually feels like a healthy young man’s in the summer.

Maybe I’m deficient
