yes we know it doesnt follow wolfes law, the bruising doesnt ossify under the skin, but what no one ever mentions is how its almost guaranteed to create scar tissue
and a lot of the time that scar tissue hardens within the fat and muscle tissue and thus it mimicks bones, leading many to beleive they grew bones when really it grew scar tissue that mimicks bones.
there are a number of consquences that come from bonesmashing, they include nerve damage, chronic pain, broken capillaries, etc., but by far the most likely outcome is scar tissue, you can go and ask chatgpt and it will tell you this, its nearly guaranteed when you bonesmash hard enough. when you bonesmash too lightly it will just create redness.
so yeah, bonesmashing does work, its not cope, it just doesnt grow bone
btw, the scar tissue can grow around nerves and this is why it can cause chronic sensitivity and pain, also it doesnt migrate and its really hard to get rid of, so yeah youre kinda fucked if it grows around your nerves too tightly
