yes we know it doesnt follow wolfes law, the bruising doesnt ossify under the skin, but what no one ever mentions is how its almost guaranteed to create scar tissue
and a lot of the time that scar tissue hardens within the fat and muscle tissue and thus it mimicks bones, leading many to beleive they grew bones when really it grew scar tissue that mimicks bones.

there are a number of consquences that come from bonesmashing, they include nerve damage, chronic pain, broken capillaries, etc., but by far the most likely outcome is scar tissue, you can go and ask chatgpt and it will tell you this, its nearly guaranteed when you bonesmash hard enough. when you bonesmash too lightly it will just create redness.

so yeah, bonesmashing does work, its not cope, it just doesnt grow bone

btw, the scar tissue can grow around nerves and this is why it can cause chronic sensitivity and pain, also it doesnt migrate and its really hard to get rid of, so yeah youre kinda fucked if it grows around your nerves too tightly

It does follow Wolff's law. The same principles of bone adaptation apply. It was literally like one retarded forum post from a nigga who doesn't understand anything that got everyone thinking it's not bone growth

Wolffs law only works for when theres constant stress on the bone not spikes in stress

It's actually close to the opposite. Intermittent loading is proven to be more effective even when loads force is equated. You people just log on and claim anything tbh and I'm not blaming you, this is probably just something you heard on here and you're now repeating. But 99% of the things people say on here to debunk bonesmashing just fall apart on the slightest bit of scrutiny. The whole forum and everyone else is gonna realize bonesmashing is legit, it's just gonna take like 5 years for all this retardation to die down

wolffs law does apply somewhat for impacts but it has to be really hard punches (enough to give u a concussion) and its only like 20% as effective as constant loading even if u do it hard enough.
the growth you get from bonesmashing is mostly just hardened scar tissue, which is pretty much as good as bone except it does atrophy after a while.

i never said its not legit i just said it doesnt work via wolffs law primarily

niggas will do anything but save up for implants. yeah bro just get nerve damage
ive done it for 4 months no nerve damage lmao. also ''just get implants'' nigga i dont have 20k in my wallet. you realise how difficult it is just to survive on minimum wage let alone save up that much? you must be a little kid if youre saying this shit. not to mention there are even more risks doing implants/bimax, including nerve damage, poor placement, infection, uncannyness, plus they have to be removed after 15 years usually or itll look like shit. and not to mention, you need to take 2+ months off work, most jobs dont give you that time off.

Have u seen results tho

How long did u go for each session, and how often per week?
what im doing is probably suboptimal but i bonesmash every 6 hrs for 30 mins a day 6 days a week (1 rest day) to keep up the swelling/inflamation

sounds like a stupid question but is 6x a week really that optimal like do you not need to ‘recover’ your bones or whatever like in the gym?

And also, is 2-3x a week really that much of a difference to 6x a week?

Again, its not about the bones. U want that swelling to stay so u can have that scar tissus build up

Do supras too. I hit UE too safe. Orbital rims too
I do but less frequently, its high risk however due to optical nerves but idgaf, anything to ascend

I believe that bonesmashing works properly when on androgens. I’ll elaborate on this claim: when the bone is damaged it’s healed following the genetic code that your body tells it to repair to. Meaning that it’s just going to grow back to the same size as before and the only way to change this is by changing your genetics. When you see adolescents running gear they always come out of puberty with a laterally wide skull due to the epigenetic changes that androgens introduce and pair it with development and you see crazy results. If you are post development (21+) it is still possible to see results from bonesmashing by using the help of various androgens and pth-a +hgh. But lowkey just get surgery instead of speeding up your aging mechanisms. No need for the oxidative stress and hormone fuckery when you can just save up for surgery.
