My thoughts on my surgeries

I think that if I can softmax to a loveable standard, and actually get a girlfriend I won’t get my surgeries, or I’ll atleast hold off on them. If a girl loves me for me then I would be content with my life, I wouldn’t feel like I need to look any better. If that girl were to then leave me, I would spend the saved money on a lot of surgery
