0.05 is that good?Well, good for u man.
What dose are you starting off with?
Gotta just test and wait. But yeah, it should be okay if you wear sunscreen and moisturizer (obviously).0.05 is that good?
0.025 sounds a bit low no?currently starting my 2nd week, on .025% redness and shedding goes away gradually in 4 days good luck.
I'm gonna start low to see how well my skin can tolerate it, maybe after a month i'll increase0.025 sounds a bit low no?
never heard of it but tret is still effective nonethelessshouldve thrown it in the trash & bought tazarotene instead
i can’t believe people are still using tret nowadays
Accutane, tret, or any antibiotics don’t work long term. Use as a short term fixyayyyy im going up a fucking tier or 2 the only thing that was stopping me was oily skin and my decently big nostrils
Like makeup.Accutane, tret, or any antibiotics don’t work long term. Use as a short term fix
Mirin.yayyyy im going up a fucking tier or 2 the only thing that was stopping me was oily skin and my decently big nostrils
oh mannever heard of it but tret is still effective nonetheless
how is accutane a short term fix lmaoAccutane, tret, or any antibiotics don’t work long term. Use as a short term fix
i looked it up and it said it depends on skin sensitivity. taz is probably too strong for meoh man
comparing tret to taz is like comparing a an indian to chico lachowski
they’re in 2 different leagues man
It doesn’t work long term because of literally how the mechanism works. Are your thousands of posts slop or are you just a newfag?how is accutane a short term fix lmao
ok but my point was most people take accutane for a cumulative dose & stop when they reach it & this provides them with long lasting clear skinAny accutane is taken later in the hormonal cycle if under the direction of a dermatologist (<16 never get prescribed) so the so called “results” are just failed androgens from puberty ending, resulting in no acne. Accutane literally is a megadose of vitamin A that will shrink oil glands. The amount of oil/hormones derived from a result of accutane is almost always an end of a puberty cycle
Accutane normally lasts years if not permanentAny accutane is taken later in the hormonal cycle if under the direction of a dermatologist (<16 never get prescribed) so the so called “results” are just failed androgens from puberty ending, resulting in no acne. did you not read the thread? I + tons of others have broke out (for me actually WORSE) after accutane. My dermatologist and the one I shadowed said about the exactly the same thing I mentioned above, that a lot of accutane “success stories” are just hormones dying down since accutane is usually the last resort in a medical practice (1-2 yrs topicals +antibiotics). Why don’t you leave the advice and comments to someone with experience and knowledge?Accutane normally lasts years if not permanent
even if you miraculously break out in your 20s, its long term enough to be worth taking
this is good ragebait you are good at thisdid you not read the thread? I + tons of others have broke out (for me actually WORSE) after accutane. you broke out on accutane the whole year you were running it? you never saw any improvement?5 months after accutane + tret View attachment 5417839
Maybe you’re ragebaiting me… or you’re just retarded. I said, and I’ll say again… I shadowed and worked with a DERMATOLOGIST and have taken EVERY TOPICAL AND MEDICATION FOR ACNE. I know what I’m talking aboutthis is good ragebait you are good at this
No obviously I got clear but it only lasted 3 months before coming back, that is why I said it is a short term fix and not long term, quoted by personal experience, data and referenceyou broke out on accutane the whole year you were running it? you never saw any improvement?
if you've taken every topical and medication for acne and none of them worked for you then you are the one in a million special exceptionMaybe you’re ragebaiting me… or you’re just retarded. I said, and I’ll say again… I shadowed and worked with a DERMATOLOGIST and have taken EVERY TOPICAL AND MEDICATION FOR ACNE. I know what I’m talking about
can i ask what your dosage was out of curiosityNo obviously I got clear but it only lasted 3 months before coming back, that is why I said it is a short term fix and not long term, quoted by personal experience, data and reference
You’re not even reading what I’m saying it’s a waste of time talking to you unless your first quartile head can scroll up and read the reasoning I have laid out. All it takes is two or three google searches from users and you can see the pattern is evident.if you've taken every topical and medication for acne and none of them worked for you then you are the one in a million special exception
you cant apply that logic to the other 999,999 people in the sample size that it worked perfectly for
yes androgens dropping as you age contributes to having less acne, but to say its the entire reason for long term success is just not trueYou’re not even reading what I’m saying it’s a waste of time talking to you unless your first quartile head can scroll up and read the reasoning I have laid out. So the 20-40% of people who actually get acne after taking it don’t exist? Easiest data ever. The androgen comment is me refuting that 80-60% of “success stories” with, if you trust me, word from two separate dermatologists in the USA saying the exact same thing.yes androgens dropping as you age contributes to having less acne, but to say its the entire reason for long term success is just not true
the glands won't stay shrunk for every single person on this planet, but for a vast majority of people they stay small enough to not have any major issues with acne post treatment
