My updated full body workout routine. Is it good?

any neck pain from muscular imbalances due to not training front?
For the moment no pain in my neck or postural imbalance except soreness the day after i train it.

how many days a week? how are you training, with resistance bands?
 
How many workouts per session then? He’s doing full body 2x per week
I wasn't doing full body, it was more like a custom bro split.
Now I changed it to full body 3x a week with less volume per session

3-4 times per week, depends if I have some soreness especially at the beginning you should go easy on the neck since it's a delicate part of the body and no now I use plates like the image i posted above, i tried bands but I did not like them

Resistance bands I don't recommend. Buy a neck harness and do all your exercises with a cable : rotation, curl and backward extension. You can and should start with very low weight

3 Times per week a 45 mins is good. Less is even better (minutes).

I'd personally recommend 3 exercises max per muscle group.
