Yes - but that's because gym celling also corresponded with several other developments. I basically properly hit puberty, face became more masculine, T increased and height increased. This goes against gym 'lore' or whatever but I actually stopped benching a while back and switched completely to heavy dumbbell incline press as my first compound movement. Develops the small surrounding stabiliser muscles but MOST importantly creates the fuller upper chest look. I HATE people with saggy tit pecs, the roman chest-plate armour look that incline press gives you is much more desirable IMO. I dumbbell press 88LB for 8 reps
